CURRICULUM VITAE

Dr. Gerhard Hetfleisch (born 1954 in Styria/Austria) studied history, german philology and theology at the University of Innsbruck/Austria.

 

Since 1985 he is managing director of ZeMiT - Center for Migrants in Tyrol. He was visiting lecturer at the University of Innsbruck from 1991–2002, and he initiated, coordinated and managed several projects within the framework of the European Union.

 

The main focus of his work and research is on racism, migration and integration, at regional and international level.
